The Cima di Fojorina is a mountain of the Lugano Prealps, located on the border between Switzerland and Italy. It lies on the range separating the Val Colla from Lake Lugano. Cima di Fojorina is situated 3½ km southeast of Malpensata.

The Gazzirola is a mountain of the Lugano Prealps on the Swiss-Italian border. Its summit is the highest point of the municipality of Lugano. It is one of the few summits from which it's possible to see Lake Maggiore, Lake Lugano and Lake Como at the same time. Gazzirola is situated 4 km northeast of Malpensata.
