Shibchar railway station is a railway station located in Shibchar upazila of Madaripur district. This is the only station in Madaripur district. This railway station is on the Dhaka–Jessore line. This station was formally opened on 10 October 2023.
Arial Kha River

Ariyal Khan is a major distributary of the Padma River in the districts of Faridpur, Madaripur, and Barisal. The river is 155 kilometers long, has an average width of 300 meters, and its course is serpentine in nature. Arial Kha River is situated 4½ km west of Dattapara.
