The Matenadaran, officially the Mesrop Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts, is the largest center for the storage, study and popularization of Armenian manuscripts, combining the functions of a museum, archive and scientific institution. Matenadaran is situated 380 metres east of Cafesjian Museum of Art.

The Cascade is an architectural and monumental complex in Yerevan, Armenia, that consists of a multi-level staircase structure with terraces, fountains, sculptures, and exhibition halls. Yerevan Cascade is situated 210 metres southwest of Cafesjian Museum of Art.
