Mid Ulster
Mid Ulster is a local government district in Northern Ireland. The district was created on 1 April 2015 by merging Magherafelt District, Cookstown District, and the Borough of Dungannon and South Tyrone. The local authority is Mid Ulster District Council.Places of Interest

Holy Trinity College
School
Holy Trinity College is an 11–18 mixed Roman Catholic secondary school and sixth form in Cookstown, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. It was established in 1994 through the amalgamation of St Patrick’s High School and Our Lady’s High School, which had originally opened in 1965 as separate boys’ and girls’ Voluntary Secondary Schools. Holy Trinity College is situated 2 miles northeast of Mid Ulster.

Tullyhogue, also called Tullaghoge or Tullahoge, is a small village and townland in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. It is within the civil parish of Desertcreat and is about two miles or three kilometres south of Cookstown. Tullyhogue is situated 3 miles east of Mid Ulster.
