Akrotiri is a Cycladic Bronze Age settlement site on the volcanic Greek island of Santorini. The name comes from the nearby village of Akrotiri. The settlement was destroyed during the Theran eruption sometime in the 16th century BC, and was buried in volcanic ash, which helped preserve its fine frescoes. Akrotiri is situated 3½ km east of Akrotiri Lighthouse.

Megalochori is a quiet traditional village in the heart of Santorini, sitting on a hill facing east. The roads narrow as you get closer to the village, a mixture of cream and white Cycladic houses with contrasting colourful wooden doors.

Emporeio, also known as Nimborios, is a village on the island of Santorini, Greece. It is located 12 km from Fira, near the Profitis Ilias Mountains. According to the 2021 census, the community of Emporio has 3,704 permanent inhabitants. Emporeio is situated 8 km east of Akrotiri Lighthouse.
