The Church of San Giovanni Battista is located in the alpine village of Mogno in the Swiss canton of Ticino. It was built between 1994 and 1996 on the site of an older church, which was levelled by an avalanche in 1986.

Fusio is a village and former municipality in the district of Vallemaggia in the canton of Ticino, Switzerland. In 2004 the municipality was merged with the other, neighboring municipalities Broglio, Brontallo, Menzonio, Peccia and Prato-Sornico to form a new and larger municipality Lavizzara. Fusio is situated 2½ km northwest of Lago di Mognola.

Peccia is one of six small Swiss municipalities which merged in April 2004 to form the commune of Lavizzara, with about 1000 people. The other municipalities were Broglio, Brontallo, Fusio, Menzonio, and Prato-Sornico. Peccia is situated 4 km southwest of Lago di Mognola.
