The Grauhorn is a mountain of the Lepontine Alps, located on the border between the Swiss cantons of Ticino and Graubünden. It lies north of the Rheinwaldhorn, on the range between the Val Carassino and the Länta valley.

The Güferhorn is a mountain in the Lepontine Alps, located between the valleys of Vals and Hinterrhein in Graubünden. At 3,379 metres above sea level it is the highest summit of the Lepontine Alps lying east of the Rheinwaldhorn. Güferhorn is situated 3 km east of Grauhorngletscher.

On 25 January 2005, the cantonal authorities announced that Aquila would merge with Campo Blenio, Ghirone, Olivone and Torre to form a new municipality to be called Blenio. Largario is a village and former municipality in the canton of Ticino, Switzerland. It was first recorded in year 1207 as Largario. The municipality had 56 inhabitants in 1602, which peaked at 74 and 75 in 1808 and 1850 respectively before dropping again to 53 in 1900. Largario is situated 7 km west of Grauhorngletscher.
