San Pablo de las Salinas is an exclave and the second-largest colonia in Tultitlán Municipality in the State of Mexico, Mexico. The neighborhood is part of the Mexico City metropolitan area and had a 2010 census population of 189,453 inhabitants, or 36.15% of the municipal population. San Pablo de las Salinas is situated 6 km northeast of Los Portales.

Ecatepec is a suburb of Mexico City, lying just across the state line in Mexico State. Although densely populated and well positioned as an important transportation hub for northern Mexico City, it is not a particularly attractive area and has little in the way of culture or recreation to draw out-of-town visitors.
