The Mexico City National Cemetery is a cemetery in Mexico City. It was established in 1851 by the United States Congress to gather the American dead of the Mexican–American War who lay in the nearby fields and to provide burial space for Americans who died in the vicinity. Mexico City National Cemetery is situated 330 metres south of Normal metro station.
Monumento a la Revolución

The Monument to the Revolution is a memorial arch commemorating the Mexican Revolution. It is located in the Plaza de la República, near the heart of the major thoroughfares Paseo de la Reforma and Avenida de los Insurgentes in downtown Mexico City. Monumento a la Revolución is situated 1½ km southeast of Normal metro station.
Angel of Independence
