The Grizzled Squirrel Wildlife Sanctuary, also known as Srivilliputhur Wildlife Sanctuary, was established in 1988 to protect the Near threatened grizzled giant squirrel. Grizzled Squirrel Wildlife Sanctuary is situated 4 km northeast of Srīvilliputtūr Reserved Forest.
