Saranta Kolones

Saranta Kolones is a ruined medieval fortress inside the Paphos Archaeological Park and it is located just north of the harbour of Paphos, on the island of Cyprus. Saranta Kolones is situated 380 metres southeast of Odeon of Paphos.
Kato Paphos Castle

Paphos Castle is located at the western end of the city port. It was originally a Byzantine fortress built to protect the port. Today, the visitor can see the Western Frankish Tower with the Venetian additions as restored by the Ottomans in 1592, according to a relevant inscription above the entrance of the castle. Kato Paphos Castle is situated 730 metres south of Odeon of Paphos.

It is noted for the production of lokum, a confectionery commonly known as Turkish delight in English, and is the only place in the world with protected geographical indication for lokum. Geroskipou Municipality is situated 4 km east of Odeon of Paphos.
