Tell Abu al-Kharaz is an archeological tell in the Irbid Governorate of modern-day Jordan. Tell Abu al-Kharaz was the site of a fortified town during the Bronze and Iron Ages; it is located in the Jordan Valley, 4 kilometers east of the Jordan River. Tell Abu al-Kharaz is situated 3½ km southeast of Ghawr al Arbain.

A member of the Kibbutz Movement, it falls under the jurisdiction of Valley of Springs Regional Council. In 2024 it had a population of 620. Kfar Ruppin is situated 4 km northwest of Ghawr al Arbain.
