The Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall is a national monument and tourist attraction erected during Taiwan’s martial law period in memory of Chiang Kai-shek, former President of the Republic of China.

National Taiwan Library

The National Taiwan Library is a library in Zhonghe District, New Taipei, Taiwan. It is the oldest public library in Taiwan. Founded in 1914, the library is home to a large collection of documents concerning the history, culture, politics and geography of Taiwan.

Lungshan Temple

Bangka Lungshan Temple is a Taiwanese folk temple in Wanhua District, Taipei, Taiwan. The temple was built in Taipei in 1738 by settlers from Fujian during Qing rule in honor of Guanyin.
