Libon, officially the Municipality of Libon, is a municipality in the province of Albay, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 72,135 people.

Polangui is a landlocked municipality of Albay in the northwest quadrant of the province and serves as the gateway via Asian Highway 26. It provides a safe place to view Mayon Volcano during its perilous eruption. Polangui is situated 5 km east of Zone One.
