Kachemak, locally known as Kachemak City, is a small second-class city in the southern portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough, Alaska, United States. The Thorn-Stingley House was a historic house in Homer, Alaska, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001. Built in 1945, it is one of the city's few little-altered examples of housing built in Homer's boom years following World War II. Thorn-Stingley House is situated 2½ miles southwest of City of Kachemak.
