Guarambaré is a town in the Central Department of Paraguay. Guarambaré was the name of a Guaraní tribe in North-Eastern Paraguay at the time of the founding of the Spanish colony during the 16th century.

Ypané is a city in the Central Department of Paraguay, 27 km from Asunción. It is accessed by Routes 1 and 2. The city was founded March 23, 1538 by the Spanish Governor Domingo Martínez de Irala. Its main activities are trade and industry. Ypané is situated 6 km northwest of Rincon Loma’I.
