Sibsagar or Sivasagar is a city in Upper Assam. Sibsagar is famous for its monuments of the Ahom kingdom. It also houses the burial sites of Ahom kings, known as Moidam, a UNESCO World Heritage Site Heritage Site. Now it is a multi-cultural city.
