Changanasseri railway station is an NSG–4 category Indian railway station in Thiruvananthapuram railway division of the Southern Railway zone. It is the second largest railway station in Kottayam district, Kerala, and is located in the Ernakulam–Kottayam–Kollam line. Changanasseri railway station is situated 120 metres south of Changanaseri.
St. Berchmans Higher Secondary School

St. Berchmans Higher Secondary School is an aided Catholic Residential School in Changanasserry of Kottayam district. Established by Mar Charles Lavigne SJ, the then Vicar Apostolic of Kottayam, in 1891, is one of the oldest Catholic schools in Kerala. St. Berchmans Higher Secondary School is situated 430 metres north of Changanaseri.
