INS Dega

Military installation

INS Dega, is a naval air station of the Indian Navy, located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. It has a civil enclave which served as Visakhapatnam's main airport from the early 2000s until 16 August 2026, after that, the commercial operations were transferred to the Alluri Sitarama Raju International Airport. INS Dega is situated 2½ km southwest of Marripalem.
