Mutalau is one of the fourteen villages of Niue, and includes the northernmost point of the island. Its population at the 2022 census was 77, down from 98 in 2017.

Toi is one of the fourteen villages of Niue, located in the north of the island, close to the highest point and consisting mostly of agricultural land. Toi is situated 3½ km southwest of Uluvehi.
