Arzachena is a town and comune in the Province of Gallura North-East Sardinia, northern Sardinia, the second largest island off the coast of Italy. Arzachena lies halfway between the original Costa Smeralda resort and Porto Rafael, both founded in the late 1950s. Arzachena is situated 6 km southwest of Port of Cannigione.
