Knock Shrine

The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Knock, commonly referred to as Knock Shrine, is a Roman Catholic pilgrimage site and national shrine in the village of Knock, County Mayo, Ireland, where locals claimed to have seen an apparition in 1879 of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Saint Joseph, Saint John the Evangelist, angels, and Jesus Christ.

The Basilica of Our Lady, Queen of Ireland is a Roman Catholic basilica church of the Latin Church located in the small town of Knock, in County Mayo in Ireland. Knock basilica is situated 2½ km northeast of Ballyfarnagh.

Knock is a village in County Mayo in the west of Ireland which has a Marian pilgrimage shrine and is near the regional airport. In Irish Cnoc means "hill", a very common placename, so this one is Cnoc Mhuire, "Hill of the Virgin Mary".

Bekan is a village in County Mayo, Ireland. Because of the almost entirely rural population, it is traditionally a farming community. The village is between Ballyhaunis and Knock on the L1501 local road which connects the N60 and R323 roads. Bekan is situated 7 km southeast of Ballyfarnagh.

Claremorris

Claremorris is a town in County Mayo in the west of Ireland, at the junction of the N17 and the N60 national routes. As of the 2017, it was the fastest growing town in the county, having seen a 31% increase in population between 2006 and 2011, and a 23% increase between 2002 and 2006. Claremorris is situated 8 km southwest of Ballyfarnagh.
