Town
Itauguá is a city of the Central Department, Paraguay. Founded in 1728, it is known for the ñandutí, a form of traditional lacemaking, and its music. The San Rafael Museum shows various objects from the Colonial Age.
Ypacarai
Ypacarai is a small town around 40km from Asunción, the capital of Paraguay. Buses pass through it on the way to San Bernardino and other destinations to the east. It is very small, but quite pleasant. A nice place to stop for an hour if you have the time.Areguá
