Osmussaar is an Estonian island situated in the mouth of the Gulf of Finland in the Baltic Sea, 7.5 km off the Estonian mainland. Administratively the island is part of Lääne-Nigula Parish in Lääne County.

Osmussaar Chapel is a chapel on the island of Osmussaar which is currently in ruins. In 2014 the chapel along with the cemetery of Osmussaar was declared a national heritage site. Osmussaar Chapel is situated 2½ km southeast of Måjaksdappen.
