The Eiffel Tower is a lattice tower on the Champ de Mars in Paris, France. It is named after the engineer Gustave Eiffel, whose company designed and built the tower from 1887 to 1889. Eiffel Tower is situated 1 km east of Rue de Passy.

The Maison de Balzac is a writer's house museum in the former residence of French novelist Honoré de Balzac. It is located in the 16th arrondissement at 47, rue Raynouard, Paris, France, and open daily except Mondays and holidays; admission to the house is free, but a fee is charged for its temporary exhibitions. Maison de Balzac is situated 300 metres south of Rue de Passy.

Île aux Cygnes

Île aux Cygnes is a small artificial island on the river Seine in Paris, France, in the 15th arrondissement. It was created in 1827 to protect the bridge named the Pont de Grenelle. Île aux Cygnes is situated 620 metres southeast of Rue de Passy.
