Abu Dhabi Plaza is a mixed-use development complex in the very center of Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan. As of 2022, the tallest tower of Abu Dhabi Plaza at 310.8 metres is the tallest building in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. Abu Dhabi Plaza is situated 730 metres south of Bayterek.

The Central Concert Hall is a center for performing arts in Astana, the capital city of Kazakhstan. It was designed by Italian architect Manfredi Nicoletti and inaugurated by the President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, on the nation's Independence Day, 15 December, in 2009. Astana Musical is situated 1 km southeast of Bayterek.
