Berra Tor

Berra Tor is a granite tor on the south western edge of Dartmoor. It is only 132 metres above sea level so is one of the lowest tors on Dartmoor. It is quite isolated and hidden from everywhere else and is generally quite unknown. Berra Tor is situated 1½ miles south of Walreddon Hill.

Grenofen is a hamlet in Devon. It is located about 2 miles south of Tavistock on the A386 at the southwestern edge of Dartmoor National Park. Grenofen was mentioned as Grenefenne in 1238 in the Assize Rolls for Devon.

Tavistock is a town in Devon on the edge of Dartmoor. It was the birthplace of Sir Francis Drake. The name comes from the River Tavy, which runs through the town.

Crapstone is a village in the county of Devon. The village is located on the edge of Dartmoor, in the parish of Buckland Monachorum and is approximately 1 mile from the village of Yelverton, 9 miles from the city of Plymouth and 5 miles from Tavistock. Crapstone is situated 2½ miles southeast of Walreddon Hill.
