The Gare Saint-Lazare, officially Paris Saint Lazare, is one of the seven large mainline railway station terminals in Paris, France. It was the first railway station built in Paris, opening in 1837. Gare Saint-Lazare is situated 400 metres east of Rue Portalis.

The Church of St. Augustine ) is a Catholic church located at 46 boulevard Malesherbes in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. The church was built between 1860 and 1871 by the Paris city chief architect Victor Baltard. Saint-Augustin is situated 160 metres south of Rue Portalis.
