Ward Village is a 60-acre, master-planned community in the Kaka'ako district of . It is being developed by The Howard Hughes Corporation. Once completed, this beachfront development will have luxury residences, retail stores, entertainment venues, pedestrian friendly streets, a Skyline rail station, and public open space.

The is an office building at 1240 Ala Moana Boulevard in . Designed by Vladimir Ossipoff, the building opened in 1962 as the Honolulu headquarters for American technology company IBM.
