Nemo Down is a 21-hectare nature reserve on the western outskirts of Dover in Kent. It was shown as owned and managed by the Kent Wildlife Trust until 2018.

Samphire Hoe is a country park situated 2 miles west of Dover in Kent in southeast England. The park was created by using 4.9 million cubic metres of chalk marl from the Channel Tunnel excavations and is located at the bottom of a section of the White Cliffs of Dover.

Shakespeare Tunnel is a railway tunnel carrying the South Eastern Main Line between Folkestone and Dover in Kent, UK. Completed in 1884, it was bored beneath the chalk Shakespeare Cliff along the south eastern coastline of England and allows services into and out of Dover Priory railway station.
