Bethel Baptist Chapel is a Baptist chapel in the town of Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, Wales. It was built in 1840 and is located on Copperworks Road. It had a larger seating capacity than most Llanelli chapels and in 1905 could seat 850 persons.

Machynys, or Machynys Peninsula is a coastal area just to the south of Llanelli in Carmarthenshire, Wales. In the nineteenth century an industrial community lived here working at the brickworks and tinplate works that occupied the site.

Situated on a narrow ledge above the tidal Burry Estuary, the village offers panoramic views across the water to the Gower Peninsula and is traversed by the Millennium Coastal Path, a thirteen-mile traffic-free greenway connecting Bynea to Pembrey. Pwll is situated 1½ miles northwest of Seaside.
