Lithgow

Lithgow is a town that developed around the coal mining industry, just west of the Blue Mountains in New South Wales. With the exception of the nearby Zig-Zag steam heritage railway, it has not long been recognised as a visitor destination.
Blue Mountains National Park

The Blue Mountains National Park is a large, world Heritage-listed national park occupying much of the Blue Mountains region of New South Wales. The park has many cliffs, plateaus, valleys, waterfalls and something a trip to Sydney is never complete without.
Katoomba

Katoomba is the largest and best-known town in the Blue Mountains, around 100 km west of Sydney and 1,017 m above sea level.

The Jenolan Caves are in the Blue Mountains region of New South Wales, Australia. The cave system has been dated to 340 million years, making them the oldest known caves on Earth.

Blackheath is a small town located between Medlow Bath and Mount Victoria in the Blue Mountains. It is 114 km west of Sydney and is 1056 meters above sea level.

Mount Victoria is the westernmost town in the Blue Mountains. It sits west of Blackheath and east of the Mt Victoria Pass.

Springwood is a town about halfway up the Blue Mountains in New South Wales, Australia. West of Sydney, Springwood is a mainly suburban centre in the Blue Mountains.

Wentworth Falls is a small town within the Blue Mountains World Heritage National Park in Australia. It lies immediately east of Leura and Katoomba, and is a little quieter than its neighbours.
Bell and Mount Wilson

Bell and Mount Wilson are two small towns 14 km apart in the Upper Blue Mountains region of New South Wales. While the former has very little of notable interest except a photogenic train station during the winter, the latter contains several privately-run seasonal botanic gardens that shine during autumn and spring.

Lawson is a town in the Blue Mountains area of New South Wales, Australia. It is located on the Great Western Highway between Hazelbrook in the east and Bullaburra in the west.
Tarana

Tarana is a small town of 187 between Lithgow in the upper Blue Mountains and Bathurst. It sits at the junction of the Main Western Line and the now disused Oberon Branch Line, with the latter being almost the only thing to see in town.
