Bayanhongor

Bayanhongor is the capital of Bayanhongor province. Outside of the city are many hot springs, rivers, lakes, oases, and the Great Gobi A National Park.
Dalanzadgad

Dalanzadgad is the capital of Ömnögovi province, 575 km south from Ulaanbaatar. This town of 25,000 people is the base for explorations into the Gobi Gurvan Saikhan National Park.
Sainshand

Sainshand is the capital of Dornogovi Province in Mongolia. It is located in the eastern Gobi Desert steppe, on the Trans-Mongolian Railway.

Mandalgovi is the capital of the Dundgovi Province of Mongolia, about 300 km south of Ulaanbaatar on the border of the Gobi Desert. It has 10,506 inhabitants, 10,299. The city administrative unit's official name is Saintsagaan sum.

Gobi Gurvan Saikhan National Park is in the central part of Gobi region, in southern Mongolia. The place has many sand dunes but with sparse vegetations which is much different than other deserts of the world.
