Gubbio is a lovely small walled medieval city in in central . It is located to the northeast of on the slopes of Monte Ingino. The city's history dates back to the Pre-Roman era.

The is a Gothic architecture, civic building in the historic centre of Gubbio, region of , Italy. Construction took place during 1332–1349 under design by Angelo da Orvieto; the palace was built on a large platform against the hillside and looming over the town below.
