Shelton and Hardwick is a civil parish in South Norfolk, England, made up of the villages of Shelton and Hardwick. It lies about 3 km south-east of Long Stratton, about 6 km north of Harleston and 10 km west of Bungay. Shelton and Hardwick is situated 2½ miles southeast of Long Stratton.

Great Moulton is a civil parish in the English county of Norfolk. Until the 16th century it also included the Little Moulton parish. It covers an area of 5.66 km2 and had a population of 699 in 289 households at the 2001 census, increasing to 751 at the 2011 census. Moulton St Michael is situated 2½ miles southwest of Long Stratton.
