The Besleti Bridge also known as Queen Tamar's Bridge is a medieval arched stone bridge at Sukhumi, Georgia’s breakaway republic of Abkhazia. Located some 6 km from the city centre, the bridge spans the small mountain River Besletka, and dates back to the late 12th century.

Bagrat's Castle is a ruined medieval castle near Sokhumi, Georgia’s breakaway republic of Abkhazia, close to the Black Sea coast. It is named after the Georgian king Bagrat, either Bagrat III or Bagrat IV, and traditionally dated to the late 10th or 11th century. Bagrat Fortress is situated 3½ km south of Byrtskhwa.
