The National Shrine of Our Mother of Perpetual Help, also known as the Redemptorist Church and colloquially as Baclaran Church, is a national shrine dedicated to Our Lady of Perpetual Help along Roxas Boulevard in Baclaran, Parañaque city of Metro Manila, Philippines. Baclaran Church is situated 480 metres southwest of LRT Baclaran Station 1.

It is situated at the intersection of Epifanio de los Santos Avenue, one of Metro Manila's major thoroughfares, and Taft Avenue, usually referred to as Pasay Rotonda or EDSA-Taft. Taft Avenue station is situated 510 metres northeast of LRT Baclaran Station 1.
