Central Pattaya, previously CentralFestival Pattaya Beach, is a shopping mall in Pattaya, Thailand. The mall opened in 2009 and was the first shopping mall of Central Pattaya, Thailand's largest retail corporation under the "Central Pattaya" brand. Central Pattaya is situated 400 metres northwest of U-Bar.

Mike Shopping Mall is a chain of multi-story shopping malls on the beachfront of Pattaya, Thailand. The main mall is one of two centers named Mike Shopping Mall, both of which are owned by The Mike Group of Thailand who also own and operate several resorts and housing developments throughout the city. Mike Shopping Mall is situated 560 metres west of U-Bar.

Central Marina Outlet formerly known as Central Center Pattaya is a shopping mall on Pattaya Second Road in Pattaya, Bang Lamung, Chonburi, Thailand. It is the first CPN shopping center that is located in Pattaya. Central Marina is situated 1½ km north of U-Bar.
