Pomos is a village in the Paphos District of Cyprus, located 17 km northeast of Polis Chrysochous. Despite being one of the most remote villages of Cyprus it hosts several cultural events and festivities. The famous Idol of Pomos was discovered there.

Alevga is an abandoned village in the Nicosia District of Cyprus, south of the Kokkina exclave but in an area still controlled by the Cypriot government. The village was almost exclusively inhabited by Turkish Cypriots prior to 1960. Alevga is situated 4 km east of AquaVitus.
