The Qishla of Jeddah is a historical edifice in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, built in 1525 to be a military castle of the Ottoman army. Today, the ruins of the castle lay beneath the Jeddah branch of the ministry of defense. Qishla is situated 740 metres north of Old Jeddah.

At that period of time, patches of open desert wasteland were located between the houses of Al-Musharifah; local children played games on those parcels of desert. Al-Musharifah is situated 6 km north of Old Jeddah.
