Kotorr is a village in Kosovo located in the town-municipality of Skenderaj and in the District of Mitrovica. According to the 2024 census, it had 119 inhabitants, all of whom were Albanian.

Banja, or Banja Rudnička, is a settlement in the Skenderaj municipality in Kosovo. The rural settlement lies on a cadastral area with the same name, of 1033 hectares. The village has an Albanian majority. Banja is situated 4½ km west of Gradina e Kotorrit.
