Taffs Well railway station is a railway station serving the village of Taff's Well, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales, as well as neighbouring Gwaelod-y-Garth, Cardiff.

Castell Coch

Castell Coch is a 19th-century Gothic Revival castle built above the village of Tongwynlais in Wales. The first castle on the site was built by the Normans after 1081 to protect the newly conquered town of Cardiff and control the route along the River Taff.

Nantgarw is within the electoral and administrative ward of Taff's Well, a village some 2.5 miles south, but historically fell within the boundaries of Caerphilly, which is a major town located less than 2.5 miles to the east. Nantgarw is situated 1½ miles north of Taffs Well West.
