Taffs Well railway station is a railway station serving the village of Taff's Well, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales, as well as neighbouring Gwaelod-y-Garth, Cardiff.

Castell Coch

Castell Coch is a 19th-century Gothic Revival castle built above the village of Tongwynlais in Wales. The first castle on the site was built by the Normans after 1081 to protect the newly conquered town of Cardiff and control the route along the River Taff.

Garth Hill is a hill located in between the communities of Llantwit Fardre and Pentyrch in Wales. The Garth can be seen from nearly the whole of the city of Cardiff and the Taff Valley, and on a sunny, clear day as far as Weston-super-Mare across the Bristol Channel in southwest England and north to Pen y Fan in the Brecon Beacons.

Nantgarw is a village in the county borough of Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales, near Cardiff. From an electoral and administrative perspective Nantgarw falls within the ward of Taff's Well, a village some 2+1⁄2 miles south, but historically fell within the boundaries of Caerphilly, which is a major town located less than 2+1⁄2 miles to the east. Nantgarw is situated 1½ miles north of Taffs Well West.
