STEAM – Museum of the Great Western Railway, also known as Swindon Steam Railway Museum, is housed in part of the former railway works in Swindon, England – Wiltshire's 'railway town'. The 6,500-square-metre museum opened in 2000. Museum of the Great Western Railway is situated 1½ miles northeast of West Wichel.
