Wilġa Battery

Wilġa Battery, also known as Saint James Battery or Zondodari Battery, is a former artillery battery in Delimara, Marsaxlokk, Malta. It was built in 1714 by the Order of Saint John as one of a series of coastal fortifications around the Maltese Islands.

Fort Tas-Silġ is a polygonal fort in Marsaxlokk, Malta. It was built between 1879 and 1883 by the British on high ground at the shoreward end of Delimara Point, above il-Ħofra-ż-Żgħira.

Tas-Silġ is a rounded hilltop on the southeast coast of the island of Malta overlooking Marsaxlokk Bay and close to the town of Żejtun. Tas-Silġ is a major multi-period sanctuary site with archaeological remains covering 4000 years, from the Neolithic to the ninth century.

Żejtun is a city of 11,000 people in Malta Island, Malta. It is the largest city in the south of the island and one of the oldest cities in Malta. Zejtun is situated 2½ km northwest of Taħt it-Trunċiera.
