Looe railway station serves the twin towns of East and West Looe, in Cornwall, England. The station is the terminus of the scenic Looe Valley Line 8+3⁄4 miles south of Liskeard. It faces out across the estuary of the River Looe. Looe railway station is situated 940 feet southwest of Lower Sunrising Substation.

A station was to be built at Millendreath as part of the proposed St Germans & Looe Railway in the late 1930s, but the railway was abandoned without the station having been built.
