Everett's Cottage is the only remaining building from the original township of old Toodyay, now known as West Toodyay, in Western Australia. Situated in North Street on the three-acre allotment of Suburban Lot 1, it stands immediately behind the site of the former Queen's Head Hotel. Everett’s Cottage is situated 1 km northwest of Hasell’s Cottage.

Connor's Mill is a steam driven flour mill located on Stirling Terrace in Toodyay, Western Australia. The mill is still operational; the Shire of Toodyay protected the then dilapidated building in 1975 and established the Toodyay Tourist Centre. Connor’s Mill is situated 4 km southeast of Hasell’s Cottage.
