Cutty Sark

Cutty Sark is a British clipper ship. Built on the River Leven, Dumbarton, Scotland in 1869 for the Jock Willis Shipping Line, she was one of the last tea clippers to be built and one of the fastest, at the end of a long period of design development for this type of vessel, which ended as steamships took over their routes. Cutty Sark is situated 1 mile southeast of Pepys Resource Centre.

The Den

The Den is a football stadium in New Cross Gate, south-east London, and the home of Millwall Football Club. The Den is adjacent to the South London railway originating at London Bridge, and a quarter-of-a-mile from the Old Den, which it replaced on September 30, 1993. The Den is situated 1 mile west of Pepys Resource Centre.

Aragon Tower on the Pepys Estate in Deptford, is one of London's tallest privately owned residential towers at 92 metres with 29 floors. It contains 158 residential apartments ranging from 2 to 3 bedrooms, with the original floors being dual aspect maisonettes of the scissor section design. Aragon Tower is situated 350 feet northwest of Pepys Resource Centre.

Surrey Quays is a largely residential area of Rotherhithe in south-east London, occupied until 1970 by the Surrey Commercial Docks. The precise boundaries of the area are somewhat amorphous, but it is generally considered to comprise the southern half of the Rotherhithe peninsula from Canada Water to South Dock; electorally, Surrey Docks is the eastern half of the peninsula.
