Kathmandu Durbar Square is a historically and culturally significant site in Kathmandu, Nepal. It is one of the three Durbar Squares in the Kathmandu Valley in Nepal that are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Basantapur Durbar Square is situated 1¼ km west of Sangrila Book shop.

Tudikhel or Tundikhel is a large grass-covered ground in the center of Nepal's capital Kathmandu and one of its most important landmarks. The field is rectangular in shape and has a north-south orientation. Tundikhel is situated 480 metres southwest of Sangrila Book shop.

Sahid Gate or Shahid Gate is a monument in Kathmandu, Nepal. The monument was inaugurated on 13 April 1961. As of 2016, there are five statues in the gate. Shahid Gate is situated 580 metres southwest of Sangrila Book shop.
