The circles have been listed as Scheduled Ancient Monuments, and described as 'probable Neolithic ritual or ceremonial monuments similar to a henge'. Priddy Circles is situated 2,400 feet north of Ashen Hill Barrows.
Swildon’s Hole

Swildon's Hole is an extensive cave in Priddy, Somerset. At 9,144 metres in length, it is the longest cave on the Mendip Hills. It has been found to be connected to Priddy Green Sink and forms part of the Priddy Caves Site of Special Scientific Interest. Swildon’s Hole is situated 3,400 feet southwest of Ashen Hill Barrows.
