is an ancient Assyrian ruin in . In the Bronze Age, it was an important trade hub. The city remained continuously inhabited for over 4000 years, but was abandoned in the 14th century after the residents were massacred by the Timurid Empire.

Archaeological site
was a new cult center for Ashur and perhaps a new capital city founded by the Assyrian king Tukulti-Ninurta I just north of Assur. Its name meant "Port Tukulti-Ninurta". is situated 3 km northwest of Upper Sudayrah.
